Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Sourcer responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines for sales and business roles in Japan, proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates to support the company's growth in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and sales leaders to define ideal candidate profiles for sales and business roles in Japan.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future sales hiring needs.
- Proactively source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, Wantedly, job boards, referrals, and competitor mapping.
- Conduct initial pre-qualification calls to assess candidates' sales background, motivation, and fit.
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building.
- Track sourcing activities and maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS/CRM.
Requirements
- 7 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in Japan, with a focus on sales or go-to-market talent.
- Strong understanding of the Japan sales talent landscape, including enterprise software, SaaS, or tech industry.
- Skilled in Boolean search, competitor mapping, and using sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, Wantedly, and ATS CRM.
- Fluent in Japanese with native or near-native proficiency and English with business proficiency.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage passive candidates.
- Organized and able to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to proactively source talent using multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, Wantedly, job boards, referrals, and competitor mapping.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future sales hiring needs, including critical and recurring roles in Japan.
- Experience conducting initial pre-qualification calls to assess sales background, motivation, and fit.
- Ability to track sourcing activities and maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS CRM.
- Willingness to work from the OFFICE_LOCATION office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
