The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing and automating financial dashboards, transforming complex data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making for the company's finance and revenue teams through data visualization and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and automate dashboards to provide real-time financial visibility using Tableau, Snowflake, and NetSuite
Develop standardized KPI frameworks across regions to ensure consistent measurement of financial metrics
Create and support financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses
Partner with IT and Data Engineering to improve data models and ensure data integrity across systems
Lead process improvements through AI and analytics to automate reconciliations and compliance monitoring
Translate complex financial data into presentations for executive leadership to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
Experience designing and automating high-performing dashboards using Tableau, Snowflake, and Excel.
Proficiency in extracting and manipulating data from ERP and CRM environments such as NetSuite and Salesforce to build sophisticated reporting solutions and dashboards.
Strong understanding of Credit, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Revenue operations, with the ability to translate technical data points into meaningful business insights regarding risk, cash application, and SaaS metrics.
Ability to present complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional partners to drive strategic initiatives.
Experience maintaining high standards for data integrity and version control in a fast-paced, global environment where accuracy is key for compliance and audit requirements.
Ability to create and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close reports, forecasting reports, pipeline projections, and ad-hoc reports.
Partnering with IT and Data Engineering teams to enhance data models and governance, ensuring the integrity of financial data across Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal data warehouses.
Work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
