A strategic role focused on developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and enabling sales for Pure Storage's solutions within the Financial Services sector, aiming to drive market leadership and customer engagement in data storage technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the value proposition for the Financial Services sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Financial Services.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, messaging, and sales enablement plans for Financial Services.
- Create compelling content such as solution briefs, whitepapers, presentations, and case studies tailored to Financial Services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demos and solution architectures specific to Financial Services.
- Equip sales teams with knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively sell Pure Storage solutions in Financial Services.
- Partner with Financial Services teams and marketing to execute campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Represent Pure Storage at industry events and customer engagements focused on Financial Services.
Requirements
- 7 years of product marketing experience, with a strong focus on enterprise software or hardware solutions.
- Proven experience in the Financial Services market, including banking, insurance, capital markets, and FinTech, with understanding of its unique compliance requirements, regulatory environments, and solution needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and compelling narratives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A collaborative spirit and proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product management, and corporate marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including target audience segmentation, messaging, and sales enablement plans tailored for Financial Services.
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes specific to banking, insurance, capital markets, and FinTech.
- Experience in creating engaging and persuasive content such as solution briefs, whitepapers, presentations, website copy, sales playbooks, and case studies that address Financial Services organizations’ challenges and mandates.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop Financial Services-specific demos and solution architectures.
- Ability to equip sales teams with knowledge, tools, and resources, including delivering sales plays, impactful training sessions, and sales collateral.
- Experience partnering with Financial Services teams to capture business priorities and feedback.
- Experience working with Growth Marketing to execute integrated campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives targeting Financial Services.
- Ability to represent Pure Storage at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements focused on Financial Services, evangelizing solutions and sharing customer success stories.

Salary range of $176,000 - $265,000 USD
