The Senior Product Manager of Reverse Logistics and Remanufacturing at Pure Storage is responsible for overseeing the remanufacturing business, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and asset recovery. This role involves developing scalable programs, driving process improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize reverse logistics and supply management.
Responsibilities
- •Take full responsibility for the alignment of functions supporting the remanufacturing business.
- •Oversee all aspects of asset recovery, including tracking, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- •Define and monitor key metrics related to reverse logistics.
- •Build and document scalable programs to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- •Lead initiatives to create contractual structures and incentives for asset recovery.
- •Implement solutions to address inefficiencies in company-wide process workflows.
- •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the remanufacturing supply process.
- •Manage reverse logistics data to generate actionable insights and performance metrics.
- •Act as a central point of contact for reverse logistics, liaising with stakeholders.
- •Provide regular updates to leadership on program performance and risks.
Requirements
- •5 years of experience in reverse logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- •Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and build reporting systems.
- •Familiarity with reverse logistics and IT asset recovery practices.
- •Proficiency with operational tools such as Excel, Tableau, and process management platforms.
- •Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering measurable results.
- •Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across teams and influence without authority.
- •Strong problem-solving and process optimization abilities.
- •Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering on program goals.
- •Act as a central point of contact for reverse logistics, liaising with stakeholders across product, operations, and engineering teams.
- •Support the transition from manual tracking processes to automation, ensuring scalability.
