Job Description
A Senior Product Manager responsible for developing and executing the strategy, lifecycle, and go-to-market plans for subscription-based products, focusing on growth, retention, and customer experience through cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of subscription product features from concept to iteration
- Develop and manage pricing strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions
- Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap focusing on subscription growth and retention
- Partner with leadership to align product strategy with business objectives and market opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and enablement teams for product launches and messaging
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell campaigns in collaboration with finance, customer experience, and sales operations
- Establish and track KPIs related to adoption, retention, churn reduction, and revenue growth
- Conduct market and customer segmentation analysis to identify opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies
- Translate customer insights into product requirements and go-to-market plans
- Act as a liaison between engineering and marketing to ensure alignment on priorities and positioning
- Build relationships with field teams to support product adoption and customer success
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product features with customer and market needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Product Management, Subscription Strategy, or GTM Operations roles.
- 5-10 years of experience providing requirements to CPQ Subscription Asset Management Systems.
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, competitive analysis, or revenue management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-platform product features through the full product lifecycle.
- Proven track record of driving adoption, share growth, and measurable business results in subscription or SaaS models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience defining KPIs and tracking success metrics.
- Ability to influence across levels of the organization and communicate effectively with executives, engineers, marketers, and field teams.
- Experience coaching or leading junior Product Managers is a plus.
- Ability to work in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies.
