Job Description
The Senior Manager of Performance Talent Management at Pure Storage will lead the implementation of talent management strategies, focusing on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning, while managing a small team to drive impactful results aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- •Drive the implementation of Performance Management, Talent Review Succession Management, and skills-based approach.
- •Lead the development of a global talent strategy to enhance talent pipelines and align with business growth.
- •Propose and execute strategies for performance management programs, focusing on continuous feedback and career development.
- •Lead the Executive Talent Review process and design succession solutions to address leadership gaps.
- •Co-Lead the transition to a skills-based approach in talent management and develop a roadmap for its implementation.
- •Collaborate with leadership to create and track development plans for talent pools and succession candidates.
- •Manage and mentor a junior analyst, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- •Serve as a subject matter expert, providing training and guidance on performance and talent review processes.
- •Partner with HR IT to ensure integration of talent processes into Workday.
- •Stay updated on market trends and recommend enhancements to talent management processes.
- •Develop content and communications to support Performance Management, Talent Reviews, and Succession Management.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree required.
- •8 years of HR experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- •Strong background in performance management and talent review cycles.
- •Experience driving large-scale, transformational change initiatives.
- •Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
- •Technically savvy and comfortable working with HR systems, e.g., Workday.
- •Experience with skills-based talent management is highly desirable.
