Job Description
The Solutions Architect will lead the design, integration, and implementation of technology solutions across HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance functions, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance. The role requires expertise in enterprise systems and cloud platforms, along with strong communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions for HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance systems.
- Develop solution roadmaps, reference architectures, and detailed technical designs.
- Ensure integrations between ERP systems, HRIS platforms, payroll solutions, and financial management tools.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and best practices in HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance domains.
- Evaluate and recommend SaaS, PaaS, and on-premise solutions.
- Lead the integration of systems across business functions.
- Collaborate with data architects to define data governance strategies.
- Ensure solutions adhere to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and design disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams for successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 12 years of experience in IT solution architecture, with a focus on HR, Legal, Payroll, Finance and integration and data architecture.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of integration platforms and middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, and SAP PI/PO.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in HR, Payroll, and Finance systems.
- Proficiency in API design, microservices architecture, and data modeling.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
