The role involves managing HR operations within a fast-paced, international environment, acting as a subject matter expert in HR systems and processes, ensuring data integrity, handling complex employee cases, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support seamless employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex employee and manager cases related to HR lifecycle processes.
Lead regional process and system enhancements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Act as subject matter expert for HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) and execute high-volume transactions.
Improve HR documentation, SOPs, and data quality, translating policies into clear guidance.
Perform root cause analysis of process issues and develop scalable solutions.
Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize HR service delivery.
Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, and HR Technology to align global strategies with local requirements.
Requirements
Three (3) years of HR experience in an international, matrixed environment.
Advanced proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, including the ability to extract and interpret data to drive operational insights.
Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets with the ability to turn raw data into a narrative that informs decision-making.
Self-reliance with the ability to be deadline-driven, persistent, and self-motivated, demonstrating initiative to solve problems independently while effectively leveraging resources.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate thoughtfully and effectively across different functions, geographies, and levels of seniority.
Proactive knowledge sharing to advise and share domain expertise to elevate the entire HR Operations team.
Deep understanding of EMEA-specific leave types such as Sick, Parental, and Absence, as well as benefits.
Experience contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirements gathering for HR system enhancements.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Deep knowledge of Workday configuration.
