Job Description
This role involves leading the strategy and execution of the global event technology ecosystem, including platform selection, data integration, attendee experience optimization, and on-site innovation to deliver seamless and engaging physical and virtual event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global event technology strategy and roadmap
- Oversee the selection and implementation of event platforms and tools
- Support integration of event technology with CRM, marketing automation, and BI systems
- Improve user experience across web and mobile attendee journeys
- Manage deployment of on-site event solutions such as RFID, badging, and session tracking
- Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and governance to ensure security and compliance
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in managing enterprise-scale event platforms Cvent required, mobile applications, and integrated housing lead retrieval systems for audiences of 5,000.
- Experience architecting complex integrations between event tools and core business systems like CRM Salesforce and Marketing Automation Marketo to drive lead flow and data governance.
- A product-management mindset with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications that improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners through the high-pressure environment of live event execution and Agile project delivery.
