This role involves leading the strategy and execution of the global event technology ecosystem, including platform selection, data integration, attendee experience optimization, and on-site innovation to deliver seamless and engaging physical and virtual event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the global event technology strategy and roadmap
Oversee the selection and implementation of event platforms and tools
Support integration of event technology with CRM, marketing automation, and BI systems
Improve user experience across web and mobile attendee journeys
Manage deployment of on-site event solutions such as RFID, badging, and session tracking
Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and governance to ensure security and compliance
Requirements
Expert-level proficiency in managing enterprise-scale event platforms Cvent required, mobile applications, and integrated housing lead retrieval systems for audiences of 5,000.
Experience architecting complex integrations between event tools and core business systems like CRM Salesforce and Marketing Automation Marketo to drive lead flow and data governance.
A product-management mindset with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications that improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners through the high-pressure environment of live event execution and Agile project delivery.
