Job Description
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will support the delivery of revenue management and subscription billing solutions, working closely with sales and operational teams to analyze, document, and optimize business processes related to revenue recognition and subscription systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering the IT Business roadmap and drive solution definition to meet SMART goals.
- Analyze and document functional designs and solutions to support sales, renewal, and subscription operations.
- Own configurations for subscription billing and revenue management systems.
- Build rapport and credibility across business, operational, and technology teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within revenue recognition functions.
- Develop and implement best practices for revenue recognition to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of processes to align with regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a functional consultant with strong knowledge and understanding of business needs related to Subscriptions Billing and Revenue Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in an IT organization.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ Steelbrick and Zuora Billing.
