Key Responsibilities
The Sales Strategy & Operations Business Partner will support the Worldwide Systems Engineering (WWSE) organization through strategic business partnership, advanced analytics, operational planning, and program execution. In this high-visibility individual contributor role, you will partner directly with WWSE EMEA and LATAM theater leaders (with a dotted-line partnership to the EMEA SE Leader) while leading and supporting global WWSE initiatives.
You will act as a proactive, trusted advisor—anticipating leadership needs, uncovering emerging trends and risks, challenging assumptions, and translating complex business data into actionable recommendations. Success requires strong business judgment, curiosity, exceptional executive communication, and the autonomy to drive work from an ambiguous business question through recommendation and execution.
Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as the primary operations partner for EMEA and LATAM Systems Engineering leadership. Anticipate strategic needs, identify key decision points, and bring proactive recommendations to the table rather than raw data or status updates.
Operating Cadence Ownership: Own regional operating cadences, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), performance analysis, territory planning, and follow-through.
Data Analysis & AI Innovation: Analyze business performance across Salesforce, BI tools, and spreadsheets. Reconcile data inconsistencies and leverage emerging AI capabilities to turn complex analysis into faster, sharper insights and executive narratives.
Strategic Programs & Transformation: Drive cross-functional initiatives from design through launch, adoption, and measurement across our three core pillars: Business Partnering & Decision Support, Operating Model & Systems Design, and Strategic Programs.
Executive Presence: Build executive-ready reporting and presentations, and step in confidently to lead executive planning meetings or represent operations leadership when required.
In-Office Collaboration: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Office UK (Staines) office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
Requirements
Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or a related field supporting executive leadership (e.g., Chief of Staff, Professional Services, or Customer Success Ops). Experience in SaaS or data storage is a plus, but not mandatory.
Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on proficiency with Salesforce.com (SFDC) reporting and spreadsheet modeling. Experience with BI and project management tools such as Tableau, Asana, NetSuite, Jira, or Anaplan is preferred.
AI & Analytical Mindset: Track record of experimenting with emerging AI capabilities to streamline data workflows. Strong ability to structure ambiguous, ad-hoc requests and bring order to fast-moving environments.
Execution & Autonomy: Proven end-to-end project management skills with the independence to manage competing priorities across multiple time zones.
Executive Communication: Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior theater and global leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university or equivalent practical experience.

Competitive base salary, target bonus, and equity (RSU) package.
Comprehensive UK healthcare, pension scheme, life assurance, and wellness benefits.
