Job Description
This role involves providing operational support and strategic planning for the sales team within Pure Storage's Portworx business, focusing on sales forecasting, pipeline management, performance tracking, and process improvement to drive sales growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operations support to the VP, District Managers, and sales teams
- Assist in managing sales cadences, including forecasting and pipeline management
- Project manage sales planning activities such as sales coverage, compensation, and incentives
- Track and measure sales performance across districts, segments, and regions
- Collaborate on SFDC enhancements to improve quoting processes
- Partner with BI team to create sales dashboards for leadership
Requirements
- Professional experience in Sales Operations or a similar role in a fast-paced growing sales organization
- Strong understanding of sales functions, workflows, and processes
- Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constantly evolving business environment
- Demonstrated experience and history of driving complex projects from start to finish
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners
- A sense of ownership, persistence, creativity, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude
