This role involves prospecting, qualifying, and developing new sales opportunities within the storage technology industry, primarily through virtual engagement and collaboration with field sales teams, to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify net new sales opportunities within targeted accounts
Qualify leads and set appointments for field sales representatives
Research and understand key target accounts to develop tailored outreach strategies
Collaborate with Field Marketing to create outbound call campaigns and drive attendance at events
Work closely with Account Executives to identify sales targets and penetrate new accounts
Engage with channel partners to support outbound prospecting efforts
Respond to marketing-generated leads and qualify potential opportunities
Support project upsells and renewals as needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of storage industry trends, competitors, and news
Utilize sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Discover.org to manage activities
Requirements
Possess fluent, business level Polish Language skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
Have a minimum of 1-year experience in sales, preferably in storage or enterprise technology.
Demonstrate a consistent track record of exceeding quota and penetrating net-new accounts.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize various sales-related activities and adapt to shifting priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to clearly communicate Pure Storage business value to varying roles in an IT organization.
Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
Demonstrated ability to optimize performance and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without requiring visa sponsorship.
Based in Staines, UK, with the ability to be present in the office for 3 days a week as per hybrid work policy.

Willingness to travel approximately 5-10% for tradeshows, enterprise briefings, and customer visits.
