A Sales Development Representative for the French market responsible for prospecting, educating, and generating high-quality sales opportunities for Pure Storage's data cloud solutions, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive regional growth and expand the company's footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers in the French market.
Educate clients on the benefits of Pure's Enterprise Data Cloud platform.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities to generate sales pipeline.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to expand market reach.
Communicate Pure's value proposition and technical solutions to decision-makers.
Manage prospecting activities and data within Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Requirements
Fluency in French and business-level English, with the ability to articulate the value of complex data platforms like Enterprise Data Cloud (EDC) and Pure Fusion to both technical managers and C-suite executives.
A track record of exceeding performance targets (KPIs) and a resilient sales mindset, demonstrating the ability to hunt for new business in a fast-paced, competitive technology environment.
The ability to quickly learn and translate complex cloud, storage, and AI-ready infrastructure concepts into clear business benefits for the customer.
Experience in proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, transforming raw leads into high-value sales meetings that contribute to revenue targets.
Experience in strategizing territory growth by partnering with Field Sales and Channel teams to map out key accounts and execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns (phone, email, social).
Ability to effectively communicate Pure’s unique value proposition, including DirectFlash technology, Portworx for Kubernetes, and Evergreen One, addressing pain points of technical and business decision-makers.
Experience in managing the entire prospecting lifecycle within Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ensuring data integrity and high-velocity movement through the sales funnel.
Willingness and ability to work primarily from the Paris, France office in an in-office environment, in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
