Job Description

This role involves engaging with new enterprise customers to generate and qualify sales opportunities in the data storage and cloud infrastructure industry, supporting regional sales growth through strategic outreach and collaboration with sales and partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-value sales pipeline through outbound campaigns and qualifying inbound leads
  • Conduct account research and territory planning to identify decision-makers and personalize outreach
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to move qualified prospects into active sales opportunities
  • Utilize sales enablement tools to track engagement, analyze performance, and ensure data accuracy

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to execute advanced outbound prospecting strategies to successfully engage and qualify net-new enterprise accounts and secure initial high-quality meetings.
  • A verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales pipeline or meeting quotas, coupled with a strong goal-oriented drive and resilience required to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foundational understanding of the ANZ Australia New Zealand market landscape and proven ability to successfully engage and collaborate with Channel Partners to co-develop opportunities.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of cloud computing and modern Data Center Architecture to have credible, value-added conversations with IT decision-makers.
  • Experience in executing strategic outbound campaigns and expertly qualifying inbound leads within the enterprise market to consistently set high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Ability to proactively conduct deep account research and territory planning in partnership with Field Sales and Channel teams to identify key decision-makers and personalize outreach.
  • Experience acting as a strategic partner to Account Executives in the early stages of the sales cycle, moving qualified prospects into active opportunities to contribute to regional sales pipeline targets.
  • Proficiency in utilizing and maintaining a sales enablement tech stack, including Salesforce and LinkedIn, to track engagement, analyze performance, and ensure data integrity for business forecasting and reporting.
  • Location in Melbourne, Australia, with the ability and willingness to work primarily in-office in accordance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
