Job Description
The job involves coordinating the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires at least 2 years of recruiting coordination experience and is based in Bangalore, with a requirement to be onsite at least three times a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Meet with candidates for onsite interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Coordinate travel arrangements for non-local candidates
- Process expense reports for candidate reimbursements
- Draft offer letters
- Maintain compliance in the applicant tracking system
- Communicate professionally with everyone involved in the recruiting process
Requirements
- 2 years experience in Recruiting Coordination role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficiency using Google Apps and Microsoft Office
- Must be onsite at our Bangalore office at least 3 times a week
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment
