Key Responsibilities
Manage all stages of the full-cycle recruiting process from candidate engagement to offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to facilitate screening, interview panel selection, and decision-making.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
Coordinate offer delivery and negotiate terms with candidates, articulating the company's value proposition.
Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to align recruiting strategies and ensure effective communication.
Track and report recruiting metrics to monitor funnel health and improve processes.
Research market trends in talent acquisition to inform screening and candidate representation.
Requirements
Four years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, research, or a highly communicative, fast-paced professional environment.
Foundational knowledge of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle and effective interviewing techniques.
Familiarity with G A functions such as Finance, Human Resources, and Legal is a plus.
Demonstrable experience building professional relationships and achieving results in a competitive landscape.
Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage talent and write outreach that stands out.
Ability to engage passive candidates and handle high volume and priority changes.
Ability to quickly understand new role requirements and apply that knowledge to candidate screening and pipeline development.
Ability to synthesize information and use data to pivot recruiting strategies when needed.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to successfully deliver on all deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work from the OFFICE_LOCATION office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
