QA Team Lead at Pure Storage

Own and drive quality across SaaS and on-prem deployments, ensuring high-quality releases
Define and evolve QA standards, release criteria, and validation strategies
Lead test strategy and validation for new features, integrations, upgrades, and platform changes
Design and execute end-to-end testing of UI, APIs, workflows, and data flows
Improve test coverage and efficiency through automation and scalable validation practices
Identify risks early, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve product quality and team practices

Experience in QA and software testing, including leading or mentoring testing efforts
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and risk-based validation
Hands-on experience designing and executing test cases, including defect tracking and resolution
Expertise in manual and exploratory testing, regression strategy, and release validation
Ability to analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira and TestRail
Knowledge of test automation concepts and experience with test automation practices
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills across technical teams
