Job Description

The role involves leading strategic technical talent acquisition efforts, partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute hiring strategies, and driving innovative, inclusive recruiting practices to support the company's growth in the data storage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary recruiting partner for senior leaders and manage end-to-end recruiting for high-impact, complex roles.
  • Translate workforce and headcount plans into actionable recruiting strategies using data, market intelligence, and scenario planning.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align hiring plans with workforce forecasts, budgets, and business priorities.
  • Innovate recruiting practices, streamline processes, and design interview frameworks to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and inclusivity.
  • Influence, mentor, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, ethical, and inclusive hiring.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of technical recruiting.
  • Proven experience leading complex, high impact, and senior level searches across business functions, with strong sourcing strategies, candidate assessment skills, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with market intelligence, recruitment marketing, and technology platforms to drive talent acquisition effectiveness.
  • Deep understanding of business operations, organizational design, and workforce planning, with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable recruiting plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret hiring data, workforce analytics, and pipeline metrics, and apply forecasting, scenario modeling, and planning to inform and support talent strategy.
  • Ability to challenge conventional approaches and scale innovative recruiting solutions across distributed teams while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Skilled in data storytelling, presenting complex insights clearly for decision making, paired with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with senior leaders.
  • Experience engaging senior business leaders with executive level communication skills.
  • Ability to lead through trust, influence, and innovation, without relying on formal authority.
  • Experience mentoring and influencing other Talent Acquisition colleagues, promoting innovation, adoption of new practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical hiring practices.
  • Ability to operate from an in-office environment at the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies.
