Job Description
The Principal Enterprise Architect will lead the architecture function for Customer Experience and Go To Market areas at Pure Storage, collaborating with business and technology teams to establish current and future state architectures, develop business capability roadmaps, and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
Responsibilities
- •Establish the architecture function to support GTM CX applications.
- •Document current state architecture and establish future state architecture.
- •Develop multi-year business capability roadmaps in alignment with business strategy.
- •Collaborate with Domain Architects to establish standards and guidelines.
- •Contribute to key transformational initiatives in the Quote-to-Cash space.
- •Guide Solution Architects through various business initiatives.
- •Participate in the Architecture Governance process to ensure alignment with standards.
- •Provide advisory services on evaluation of tools and technologies.
- •Continuously monitor industry trends and assess their potential business impact.
Requirements
- •Minimum of 10 years of architecture experience in GTM CX areas.
- •A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- •Strong understanding of architecture methodologies and modeling techniques and familiarity with one or more key architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman Framework, Gartner, or equivalent.
- •Strong domain knowledge in Marketing, Sales, CX, QTC, Services areas.
- •Prior experience working with industry-leading products such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Marketo, SAP, Zuora, etc.
- •Experience working in fast-paced agile environments in an architect capacity.
- •Experience with Architecture tools such as LeanIX, Ardoq, Abacus, etc.
