The role involves providing competitive intelligence and technical sales support to help the sales and partner teams win deals in the data storage industry, with a focus on strategic account analysis, sales training, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Translate competitive insights into actionable sales strategies.
Design and deliver sales training programs focused on competitive positioning.
Support and engage in competitive sales campaigns with direct field involvement.
Analyze competitive accounts and develop technical win strategies in collaboration with account teams and partners.
Lead vendor-specific war-rooms and serve as the technical architect for strategic deals.
Contribute to thought leadership and media interactions related to competitive strategy.
Requirements
5-10 years of direct field experience in a deep technical role, such as Principal Solutions Engineer (Principal SE).
Strong and deep technical experience with competitive storage products and solutions as well as the Everpure Portfolio.
Strong experience in business strategy providing linkage between corporate objectives and technical architectures to support them.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for public speaking.
Ability to work onsite at the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
