Job Description
The Global Partner Programs Manager at Pure Storage is responsible for implementing and managing partner programs and incentives, ensuring effective communication and documentation, and driving the growth and success of the partner ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance partner engagement and program effectiveness while operating autonomously to achieve program goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the rollout of new partner programs and incentives.
- Manage the communication plan with the Pure partner community.
- Ensure partner program documentation and resources are updated.
- Collaborate with channel operations teams to align operational practices.
- Track partner program requirements, training, and incentive eligibility.
- Work with internal enablement teams to support partner readiness.
- Create reporting insights to define program success metrics.
- Drive adoption of the partner portal for communication and management.
- Develop methodology and processes for managing partner experiences.
- Manage and track partner business plans, investment agreements, and KPIs.
- Solicit feedback from the partner community to inform program improvements.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant Partner Program design and management experience delivering impact and results as well as experience developing partner plans and managing alliance channel partnerships.
- BS/BA degree required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure projects are on track at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented.
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
- Ability to cope effectively with complexity and change.
- Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
- A confident self-starter who can work independently without requiring prescribed direction or actions.
- Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to delegate, driving results through influence and collaboration across multiple functions and levels of an organization.

Annual base salary range: $145,000.00 - $218,000.00
