Job Description
The Inside Partner Account Manager at Pure Storage is responsible for managing relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth through joint campaigns, providing sales support, and ensuring partner satisfaction to contribute to the company's revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners
- Execute joint sales and marketing campaigns with partners
- Provide sales support, guidance, and product information to partners
- Process purchase orders for new and renewal transactions
- Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partner-driven opportunities
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, effectively communicate complex information, and establish and maintain strong professional business relationships.
- Familiarity with the channel partner landscape, business principles, and industry trends is highly desired.
- Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close business opportunities, coupled with a proactive, challenger mindset to solve problems promptly and effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems e.g., Salesforce and other relevant sales technology.
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain strong organizational discipline in a high-activity environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for regular engagement with partners and internal teams.
