Job Description
The role involves developing and managing reseller and distributor channels in India South for Pure Storage, driving sales growth through partner relationships, executing channel programs, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to promote storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage reseller and distributor relationships within India South.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to promote products and drive revenue through partners.
- Create strategies and lead efforts to maximize product sell-through within the channel.
- Manage and serve as the main point of contact for partners, including onboarding and support.
- Drive partners to maximize sales through pipeline contribution, training, and enablement.
- Monitor partner sales orders and bookings, providing updates to partners and management.
- Communicate new product offerings, solutions, and channel programs to partners.
- Conduct contract negotiations and develop partner distribution business plans.
- Perform regular business performance reviews with distributors and partners.
- Execute channel programs to generate channel-led business opportunities and deal registrations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels across India South.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Desire to drive change and evangelise new technologies.
- Passion for post-sales customer success.
- Knowledge of the storage industry specifically Fibre Channel, NFS, and Enterprise Storage architectures.
- Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
