The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share through a defined portfolio of named Focus Partners, owning the end-to-end relationship, joint business planning, and execution of Everpure’s go-to-market strategy with those partners.
Key Responsibilities
Partner portfolio ownership & strategy
Own a defined portfolio of named Focus Partners in the assigned territory and act as the single accountable owner for their performance.
Develop and execute joint business plans with each partner, covering bookings, partner-sourced pipeline, marketing activities, enablement and capacity building.
Segment and prioritize partners based on growth potential and Everpure strategic focus.
Revenue, pipeline & GTM execution
Deliver indirect revenue and bookings targets through partners and drive partner-sourced pipeline via programs, campaigns, and sales plays.
Orchestrate execution of Everpure sales motions and solutions with partners, leveraging channel programs, incentives, and MDF (where applicable).
Ensure accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting for the partner portfolio.
Partner relationship management & enablement
Build and maintain strong executive and sales relationships within each partner, positioning Everpure as a strategic vendor of choice.
Drive partner onboarding, competency and certification, coordinating with Inside PAM (iPAM), SEs and other specialists as needed.
Ensure partners understand and correctly use Everpure tools and processes (e.g., Partner Central access, user registration flows routed to country PAMs where applicable).
Cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate closely with AEs, SEs, Distribution Account Managers (DAMs), PTMs and DLM/GPO leadership to ensure aligned account and partner strategies.
Act as the partner’s advocate internally, coordinating resolution of issues that impact partner satisfaction or sales velocity.
Governance, compliance & reporting
Maintain accurate partner records, account plans, and activity notes in the designated systems and rubrics.
Prepare and lead regular QBRs and performance reviews with key partners, measuring progress against joint plans and agreed KPIs.
Ensure adherence to Everpure policies, pricing guidelines, and channel rules of engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience in channel/partner sales or PAM/PSM role in the IT/enterprise infrastructure or SaaS industry.
Strong track record of exceeding revenue and pipeline targets through partners.
Demonstrated ability to build C-level and sales-level relationships within partners and drive joint execution.
Solid understanding of distribution and channel programs, including how to leverage incentives and marketing funds.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and account planning skills; strong analytical skills to interpret data and partner metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field; MBA a plus (optional, adjust to local standard).
