Job Description
This role involves leading a team of Technical Program Managers to deliver innovative hardware and software storage products, managing the entire product lifecycle, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and high-quality releases in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Technical Program Managers to deliver hardware and software product releases.
- Define strategy and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale storage projects from conception to customer delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate across engineering, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment and resolve dependencies.
- Develop and streamline processes to improve organizational efficiency and accelerate time-to-market.
- Ensure product quality and successful delivery throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Oversee financial planning, including CapEx, and support team growth and resource allocation.
Requirements
- 7 years of Management Experience
- Expertise in Program Leadership
- Proven ability to manage a team of program managers and complex, feature-rich programs throughout the entire product lifecycle, from investigation to successful product delivery
- Demonstrated capacity to influence and lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors by resolving issues and overcoming obstacles regardless of team boundaries
- Solid project and technical judgment with the ability to interpret high-level technical architecture and translate technical discussions into clear action plans for engineering teams
- Deep, demonstrated experience leading complex hardware and software product releases, with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall Release Processes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on interacting effectively with both highly technical and non-technical groups, including executive-level stakeholders
