Job Description

The role involves leading the development and management of the MSP partner ecosystem across EMEA to drive revenue growth in data storage solutions, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, and building strategic relationships with MSPs and other partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional MSP strategy to drive recurring revenue through storage-as-a-service.
  • Identify, onboard, and enable new MSPs within assigned accounts to generate revenue.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key MSPs, system integrators, and cloud service providers.
  • Collaborate with MSPs on joint sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
  • Promote and sell MSP services in partnership with sales and marketing teams.
  • Design and deliver training, enablement, and onboarding programs for MSPs.
  • Ensure MSP offerings comply with data sovereignty laws, GDPR, and regional regulations.
  • Lead business planning, performance tracking, and reporting for the MSP segment.
  • Gather partner and customer feedback to inform product, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events related to cloud services and MSP ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in partner management, or business development roles with MSPs, with a proven track record of building and managing relationships with MSP partners and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP landscape, business models, and challenges.
  • Deep understanding of data sovereignty laws, cloud compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements across the EMEA region, including GDPR, SCHREMS II, and local data localization mandates.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in partner revenue models and consumption-based services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with executives, partner leadership teams, partner account teams, and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Problem-solving mindset to drive solutions that benefit both the company and MSP partners.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability to see initiatives through to delivery, including collaboration with field teams and functions.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Additional European languages such as French, German, or Spanish are a plus.
  • In-office work from the Staines office in compliance with company policies.
