Job Description
A SAP Functional Analyst responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within SAP, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain and procurement solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement SAP Financials and P2P solutions to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate needs into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to P2P processes.
- Assist with system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop documentation such as process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Train and support end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP supply chain systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in IT with a focus on SAP procurement.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules.
- Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing SAP Financials solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement, and IT to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for SAP P2P solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience assisting with system testing including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Ability to develop documentation for SAP solutions, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Experience training and supporting end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP Supply Chain systems.
