The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and cost management for a global supply chain, focusing on optimizing product costs, supporting operational strategies, and ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product cost optimization and manage standard cost setting processes
Provide financial analysis and strategic advice on supply chain operations, including buy decisions and capital investments
Manage the end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and reporting cycles for global supply chain
Implement improvements to planning and reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
Practical expertise in core cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and managing the financial lifecycle of inventory COGS, Purchase Price Variance (PPV), and Excess Obsolescence (EO) within a global manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Proven ability to own and execute critical Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions, including comprehensive experience managing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), operating expenditures (OPEX), and capital expenditures (CAPEX) to drive financial discipline and strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in leveraging large-scale financial planning, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and business intelligence systems such as Anaplan, SAP, and Tableau to automate reporting, synthesize high-volume data, and model complex financial scenarios.
Exceptional ability to collaborate with and present complex financial insights to senior business partners in Supply Chain, Engineering, and Corporate FP&A across multiple global regions, turning detailed analysis into clear, actionable business strategies.
