Finance Director APAC

We are seeking an exceptional Finance Director to support the ANZ, ASEAN, and Indian Sales team reporting to the AVP of International Sales Finance. This role will focus heavily on business partnering with Country and Regional leaders, in a very varied role, covering all aspects from Commercial deal support in conjunction with our deal desk, working with our Shared Services team on building out intelligence, analytics and reporting to reviewing leading indicators of performance such as pipeline or Expense to Bookings with Sales leadership. This is an instrumental role for Finance to provide value added analysis to the business, it requires a high level of cross-group collaboration, analytical skills, experience in influencing others and executive maturity skills. You will have the unique opportunity to lead and influence a core part of Everpure's strategy.

• The position requires an individual who understands how to get things done through influence and collaboration. The ability to work across organizational boundaries to build alignment and drive closure on issues and results is very important.

• Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; skilled in translating ideas into clear, high impact communications. Must be collaborative and willing to work in an open office, team environment.
• Finance, Accounting, Economics BS degree or equivalent. MBA preferred and a plus.
• 10+ Years experience in high tech environments/ industry.
• Prior experience of working with ERP systems including NetSuite, Anaplan or similar financial planning tools. Ability to create reports and dashboards is a plus.
