Job Description

The Field Enterprise Marketing Manager for Germany and Austria is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate demand for Pure Storage's platform and solutions in the enterprise segment, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation marketing strategy for Germany and Austria.
  • Project-manage strategic marketing activities and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate product launches and quarterly campaigns in the German and Austrian market.
  • Determine marketing mix to drive demand in the enterprise business.
  • Support global Account Based Marketing programs and local implementation.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create lead generation programs.
  • Understand market dynamics and customer needs for effective messaging.
  • Develop demand marketing plans with key partners for the enterprise segment.
  • Coordinate with various marketing functions to amplify local activities.
  • Leverage customer insights to enhance marketing results and communications.
  • Collaborate with customer marketing team to develop customer communities.
  • Implement and optimize marketing processes for effective communication.
  • Manage local vendors for logistics and marketing asset localization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Native Bilingual German speaker and business fluent English required.
  • Demonstrated ability to define business objectives and translate them into strategic marketing connected tactics.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work well with all levels of management and peers.
  • Understanding of inter-relationships of the business units and working knowledge of all sales and marketing functions.
  • Excellent comprehension of customer acquisition and awareness-building.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with an emphasis on clarity and simplicity.
  • Flexibility to collaborate regularly with regional time zones.
  • Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
