The Employee Engagement Manager for APJ is responsible for designing and executing regional employee programs and events, fostering a strong company culture, enhancing onboarding experiences, analyzing engagement data, and supporting employer branding efforts to create a thriving and cohesive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute regional employee programs and high-impact events to strengthen team cohesion and celebrate milestones
Facilitate new hire orientation to ensure seamless integration and alignment with company mission
Analyze engagement survey data to identify trends and recommend improvements for organizational health
Support employer brand promotion on review platforms and assist with global response strategies
Manage regional engagement budgets and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality initiatives
Requirements
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects and events from concept to completion, with a focus on high-quality delivery and creative problem-solving.
Exceptional communication skills used to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and clearly articulate employee experience insights to senior leadership.
Proficiency in interpreting feedback and engagement metrics to measure program success and identify areas for strategic improvement.
A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage vendor partnerships, and maintain flexibility during peak planning periods to ensure successful event delivery.
Ability to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
