Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategy for Pure's AI and Analytics product portfolio.
Own the product roadmap for high-performance, data-centric architectures across various platforms.
Lead competitive analysis and identify market disruption opportunities.
Drive product-market fit by integrating with AI frameworks, data platforms, and compute environments.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and alliances to develop go-to-market strategies.
Engage with customers and partners to translate market needs into product strategies.
Establish KPIs and financial metrics to measure product impact and business growth.
Requirements
Proven mastery of Product Management for complex, enterprise-grade infrastructure or data platforms.
Deep understanding of AI, ML, and data analytics ecosystems, including GPU-accelerated computing, high-performance file and object storage, and large-scale data pipelines.
Experience competing against or working with VAST, DDN, Weka, EMC, NetApp, or HPE in high-performance or AI-focused environments.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of articulating a compelling vision for Pure's role in the AI-driven enterprise.
Data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging market data and customer insights to guide strategy and investment.
High-energy, self-starter mindset with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and deliver meaningful business results.
Ability to define and own the strategic roadmap for AI and Analytics portfolio, including delivering breakthrough performance, scalability, and simplicity for AI and large-scale data workloads.
Ability to lead competitive strategy against existing players and identify architectural advantages that create market disruption.
Experience in driving product-market fit across a broad ecosystem, integrating with AI frameworks, data platforms, and high-performance compute environments.
Experience engaging with customers and partners as a thought leader, translating market needs and emerging use cases into actionable product strategy.
Ability to define KPIs and financial metrics that connect product innovation to measurable business outcomes, ensuring sustained growth and leadership in enterprise AI infrastructure.
