Job Description
The role involves leading the global business operations and developing a unified go-to-market strategy for Portworx's high-growth cloud-native storage solutions, ensuring operational excellence and cross-functional alignment to strengthen market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize a unified Global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for container-native solutions.
- Connect and align sales, marketing, and product teams globally to ensure strategic execution.
- Drive business strategy and sales frameworks using market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Identify efficiency gains through analytics, initiate high-impact projects, and implement operational rigor across regions.
- Plan capacity and allocate resources to balance short-term demands with long-term strategic goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and promote adoption of solutions.
Requirements
- Proven ability to define, evangelize, and execute a cohesive Go-to-Market strategy across complex, global organizations.
- Deep expertise in leveraging market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance metrics KPIs dashboards to guide strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership in a highly matrixed environment, successfully driving cross-functional alignment and gaining consensus with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Strong operational acumen in capacity planning, resource allocation, and scaling standardized, efficient business processes globally.
- The capability to translate complex business challenges into actionable operational improvements and high-impact, customer-centric programs.
- Work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
