Job Description
The role involves leading regional distribution strategies for Pure Storage in the APJ region, managing distribution networks within the data center, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or AdTech sectors, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to optimize market presence and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional distribution strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage and optimize distribution networks within the APJ region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional distributors
- Collaborate with internal teams to align distribution strategies with business goals
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategy
- Adapt distribution models to local market nuances and challenges
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in a senior leadership role within regional distribution, ideally in the data center, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or AdTech sectors.
- Proven experience managing distribution networks on APJ scale.
- In-depth understanding of the data center industry, with a track record of adapting distribution strategies to industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of developing and executing innovative global distribution strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies to various stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and manage high-performance teams effectively.
