Job Description
The Customer Marketing Manager, Operations at Pure Storage will lead customer advocacy and marketing programs, focusing on database management, internal communications, and process improvements to enhance customer relationships and advocacy efforts.
Responsibilities
- •Own and optimize the customer reference database.
- •Act as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors.
- •Equip internal teams with advocacy assets and resources.
- •Build and manage dashboards to monitor program metrics.
- •Provide consistent updates on program initiatives to internal teams.
- •Develop and execute customer engagement programs.
- •Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows.
Requirements
- •10 years of experience in customer advocacy, or program management.
- •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- •Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- •Experience with CRM and customer advocacy platforms such as Salesforce, RO Innovation, or SlapFive.
- •Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, especially for internal communications.
- •Proven ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee deliverables.
- •Collaborative mindset and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- •Experience in the B2B IT sector.
