Job Description

The Corporate Account Executive for UK Public Sector North will be responsible for selling Pure Storage solutions in an inside sales environment, developing channel relationships, managing sales pipelines, and achieving revenue targets through prospecting and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell into a territory in an inside sales environment to deliver sales targets and achieve quota
  • Develop channel relationships to bring sales and technical resources to opportunities
  • Generate revenue by working closely with a network of Channel Partners
  • Manage pipeline with a focus on conversion success
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and collaborate with multiple channel partners
  • Build business cases and present proposals to demonstrate the value of Pure Storage solutions
  • Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts to close business
  • Prospect and penetrate accounts, reaching decision-makers and closing business

Requirements

  • 2 years direct B2B technology sales experience
  • Evidenced experience of exceeding achieving KPIs and targeted business goals
  • Demonstrable outreach experience including but not limited to telephone, email, in person and social media
  • Success in generating revenue and working closely with a network of channel partners
  • A desire to work the bookends of the sale prospecting and closing with a demonstrated achievement in sales closing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Recognized achievement in building business relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast paced team environment
  • Demonstrated time management and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Discover.org, G Suite and similar technologies
  • You MUST be based in the North of the UK already, and will need to be prepared to travel to London or Staines HQ when required, as well as be consistently active nationwide with our valued channel partners
