Responsibilities
•Provide operational and business support to partner sales teams.
•Develop and evolve operational processes and metrics for channel-centric model.
•Support day-to-day activities of partner sales teams regarding transactional requirements.
•Train field partner sales teams on operational processes, metrics, and partner programs.
•Identify issues and solutions to enhance performance and productivity.
•Assist in annual sales planning and compensation plan design.
Requirements
•4 years of experience in operations or financial roles.
•Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative or operations field.
•Strong analytical and reporting skills required, e.g. Excel.
•Ability to develop financial models to provide insights and build business cases.
•Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar opportunity management.
•Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results.
•Strong customer service focus, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure's policies.
