Job Description
A Business Systems Analyst role focused on supporting data management, system integrations, and new product introduction processes within a tech company, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and scalable product data and system workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from cross-functional stakeholders for SKU transformation and NPI initiatives.
- Document functional requirements, process flows, and use cases for system integrations.
- Support the implementation, configuration, and governance of Product Master MDM platforms.
- Assist in SKU rationalization by analyzing SKU data and tracking consolidation efforts.
- Develop and maintain workflows and checklists for new product onboarding and launches.
- Validate data accuracy and completeness during product launches to ensure readiness.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally supporting ERP, CRM, or MDM Product Master projects.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and documentation.
- Familiarity with SKU management, product lifecycle, and NPI processes.
- Expertise in SQL and data analysis.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and IT.
- Understanding of data quality principles, governance workflows, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
