Job Description
The role involves managing the development process of dashboards, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and delivery, while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. The position also requires presenting insights to executives and ensuring successful adoption of data-driven tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development process of dashboards including requirements gathering, development, testing, and delivery
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical ones
- Develop executive-ready reporting and visualizations
- Define a roadmap and vision for Business Insights and Data Strategy
- Present work to functional leaders and executives regularly
- Anticipate business questions by developing targeted analysis
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to set expectations and progress
- Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
- Participate in data warehouse design and optimization
- Develop and maintain key project governance documentation
- Assist in assessment and recommendation of the BI tool ecosystem and data tech stack
- Manage the delivery of finished products including training and support to end users
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of experience in or supporting Marketing Analytics or Marketing Operations.
- 4 years of experience in Tableau or similar BI tools used for business reporting and analytics.
- Experience working with SQL or other data manipulation languages.
- BA degree required in business, financial, or analytical fields.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work well under pressure, and adapt quickly to change.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally, through strong relationship building, influencing, negotiating, and communication skills, with all levels of management.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week.

Annual base salary range: $145,000.00 - $218,000.00
