Job Description
The role involves being a Sales Hunter for Pure Storage Japan, focusing on developing new business within the Enterprise sector by promoting all-flash storage technology, building customer relationships, and collaborating with partners to exceed sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction
- Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers
- Drive activities to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners
- Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
- Surpass quotas and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Present proposals highlighting Pure Storage's benefits
Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience.
- Native Bilingual Japanese and professional English proficiency.
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts.
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
- Advanced skills in engaging new customers.
- A strong drive for sales and relationship building.
- A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
- Excellent time management and communication abilities.
