Job Description
The role involves being a Sales Hunter for Pure Storage in Mumbai, India, focusing on developing new business, building relationships with customers, and collaborating with various teams to drive sales of innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction
- Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans for new customers
- Drive sales activities to meet and exceed quotas
- Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners
- Develop and implement account strategies to close deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and drive referenceable business
- Present proposals highlighting the benefits of Pure Storage
Requirements
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts covering the India market.
- 8 years of field sales experience.
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
- Advanced skills in engaging new customers.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
- A strong drive for sales and relationship building.
- A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
