Everpure France (formerly Pure Storage) is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Hunter to join our team (70% Low Enterprise & SBF-120 vs. 30% strategic Mid-Market) in Paris . In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing new business, working with our channel resellers and key customer accounts. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in the Enterprise & Strategic Mid-Market private sector.
You will be responsible for accelerating Everpure’s footprint across high-potential commercial segments in France—an area of strategic importance. You’ll prospect into targeted mid-market accounts and further develop existing relationships, supporting our mission to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions to the market.
Pro mote Innovative Solutions: Advocate for our all-flash enterprise storage technology.
Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with customers across key commercial sectors, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term growth.
Lead and Strategize: Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers and expand within existing ones.
Drive Prospection Excellence: Actively identify and engage new prospects within target industries to build a robust pipeline.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Execute daily prospecting activities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Collaborate with Partners: Work with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Everpure effectively.
Execute Account Strategies: Implement targeted strategies to consistently close new business.
Deliver Results: Surpass quotas, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive referenceable business.
Communicate Effectively: Present proposals highlighting Everpure’s business value and technical differentiation.
Requirements
Sal es Passion: A strong drive for sales and relationship building.
Mid-Market Experience: Experience with direct and indirect sales in the commercial sector, especially within the Enterprise & Strategic mid-market.
Prospecting Skills: Demonstrated success in prospecting into new accounts—this is a hunter role.
Partner Collaboration: Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
Proven Success: A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Industry Knowledge: Exposure to sectors such as Healthcare & Insurance, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Industrial/Construction is highly valued.
Technical Acumen: Capable of leading infrastructure sales conversations with technical stakeholders.
Communication Skills: Excellent time management and communication abilities.
Experience: 5+ years of field sales experience.
Language Skills: Professional written & verbal French and professional English proficiency required.
