Job Description
The role involves developing new enterprise business opportunities, promoting innovative storage solutions, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with partners to achieve sales targets within the Singapore market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and build relationships with customers and channel partners
- Promote and advocate for all-flash enterprise storage solutions
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers
- Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with partners such as Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position products
- Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
- Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions
Requirements
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts, especially within the Singapore Enterprise customers, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- At least 8 years of field sales experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to collaborate and position solutions.
- Advanced prospecting skills required for engaging new customers.
- Strong drive for sales and relationship building, demonstrating sales passion and ambition.
- Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture industry knowledge.
- Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to present proposals effectively highlighting Pure Storage’s benefits.
- Professional proficiency in English language.
