Job Description

The role involves being a Sales Hunter for Pure Storage's Enterprise team in Prague, focusing on developing new business, building customer relationships, and driving sales of all-flash enterprise storage technology.

Responsibilities

  • Promote innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions
  • Foster strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction
  • Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans for new customers
  • Drive activities to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Collaborate with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
  • Develop and implement strategies to close deals
  • Surpass quotas and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Present proposals highlighting Pure Storage's benefits

Requirements

  • 8 years of field sales experience.
  • Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
  • Advanced skills in engaging new customers.
  • A strong drive for sales and relationship building.
  • A goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
  • A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities.
