Job Description
The role involves developing new business and promoting all-flash enterprise storage solutions by building strong customer relationships, strategizing sales efforts, collaborating with partners, and exceeding sales targets within the enterprise sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and secure new customers through direct and indirect sales efforts
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive enterprise sales success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to achieve sales targets
- Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Work with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position and promote Pure Storage solutions
- Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
- Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions to clients
Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience, including direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts, especially within the TASE.
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
- Advanced prospecting skills required for engaging new customers.
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently.
- Strong drive for sales and relationship building, with a goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
- Native bilingual proficiency in Hebrew and professional proficiency in English.
