Job Description

The role involves developing new business and promoting all-flash enterprise storage solutions by building strong customer relationships, strategizing sales efforts, collaborating with partners, and exceeding sales targets within the enterprise sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and secure new customers through direct and indirect sales efforts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive enterprise sales success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Work with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position and promote Pure Storage solutions
  • Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
  • Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions to clients

Requirements

  • 8 years of field sales experience, including direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts, especially within the TASE.
  • Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
  • Advanced prospecting skills required for engaging new customers.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently.
  • Strong drive for sales and relationship building, with a goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
  • Native bilingual proficiency in Hebrew and professional proficiency in English.
