Job Description
The role involves driving business growth as a Sales Professional for Pure Storage in the Northeast of Italy, focusing on developing new business with Commercial Mid-Market Accounts, promoting storage solutions, and fostering customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the Pure Storage Platform and its benefits to customers
- Drive adoption of the Portworx solution for Kubernetes environments
- Highlight the value of Pure's professional services to customers
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction
- Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans for new customers
- Manage sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Utilize partnerships with resellers and integrators to drive business growth
- Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
- Present proposals that highlight the benefits of Pure Storage
Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience.
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on key accounts in the Northeast Italy Region.
- Native bilingual Italian and professional English proficiency.
- Advanced skills in engaging new customers.
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
- A strong drive for sales and relationship building.
- A goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
- A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
- Excellent time management and communication abilities.
