Job Description

The role involves driving business growth as a Sales Professional for Pure Storage in the Northeast of Italy, focusing on developing new business with Commercial Mid-Market Accounts, promoting storage solutions, and fostering customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • •Promote the Pure Storage Platform and its benefits to customers
  • •Drive adoption of the Portworx solution for Kubernetes environments
  • •Highlight the value of Pure's professional services to customers
  • •Foster strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction
  • •Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans for new customers
  • •Manage sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • •Utilize partnerships with resellers and integrators to drive business growth
  • •Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
  • •Present proposals that highlight the benefits of Pure Storage

Requirements

  • •8 years of field sales experience.
  • •Experience with direct and indirect sales on key accounts in the Northeast Italy Region.
  • •Native bilingual Italian and professional English proficiency.
  • •Advanced skills in engaging new customers.
  • •Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
  • •A strong drive for sales and relationship building.
  • •A goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
  • •A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • •Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
  • •Excellent time management and communication abilities.
