Job Description

The role involves evangelizing Pure Storage's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, building customer relationships, and driving sales activities to meet or exceed quotas. Candidates should have a strong background in outside sales, particularly in new logo acquisition, and a passion for customer success.

Responsibilities

  • •Evangelize Pure's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions
  • •Build and invest in relationships with customers to establish Pure's value
  • •Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans for new customer acquisition
  • •Drive and manage a healthy pipeline of sales activity to meet quotas
  • •Assess, plan, and actively manage a territory for maximum revenue
  • •Lead a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders
  • •Consistently exceed sales quotas and drive referenceable business

Requirements

  • •5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development, consistently delivering 5-10M per year in revenues.
  • •Experience outside of traditional storage for the past consecutive 5 years.
  • •Must be located in the Greater Detroit Metro Area.
  • •Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
  • •Expertise leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication, able to build relationships easily and deepen them over time.
