Job Description
The Data Analyst at Performance Systems Integration will be responsible for querying multiple databases to create reports, synthesizing company scorecards and dashboards, and improving data presentation for internal users. The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools to support system integration and ensure data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Query across multiple databases and software platforms to create reports that answer key business questions.
- Synthesize and streamline the company’s scorecards and dashboards for efficient analysis.
- Identify and improve data presentation for internal users.
- Provide expertise in the data capabilities of key operating software.
- Monitor data tools for downtime, errors, stale data, and inaccuracies.
- Support system integration efforts for acquired entities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience and a successful track record as a Data Analyst can be substituted for Bachelor's degree requirement.
- Proficient in query writing, report development, and presenting findings.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience building visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, or Streamlit.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and executives.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel including power query, pivot tables, xlookup, sumif, offset, vba, etc.
- Provide expertise in the data capabilities of key operating software, including ServiceTrade, Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and others.
- Monitor data tools for downtime, errors, stale data, and inaccuracies.
- Support system integration efforts for acquired entities.
