Job Description
The Customer Success Administrator provides exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, routing calls, and supporting administrative functions in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment within the Fire Life Safety industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries on the first call using sound judgment and empathy
- Evaluate customer needs and route communications to appropriate teams
- Identify and escalate issues requiring managerial support
- Handle customer concerns professionally to convert negative experiences into positive outcomes
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in guests and incoming calls
- Perform administrative functions such as data entry and record management
- Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Calm, effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging interactions.
- Familiarity with customer service and call center software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and ERP systems preferred.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
